The Nigerian community in Bradford create historical artefacts detailing their journey to the UK Written By:  Andrea Photiou

THE NIGERIA Community Association Bradford has partnered up with the New Leaders Network to deliver a project which will allow older members of the community to share their experiences as immigrants arriving in the area.

A 40-minute film and book have been produced to document the elders’ stories and perspectives, mainly from the 1950s and 1970s, allowing younger generations and historians access to a personal insight into events that shaped Nigerian families in the north.
